x86_64: kernel: disable legacy BSD-style pseudo-terminals
Linux has traditionally used the BSD-like names like /dev/ptyxx for masters and /dev/ttyxx for slaves of pseudo-terminals. This scheme has a number of problems, including security, but is still provided for backwards-compatibility. All modern Linux systems since glibc 2.1 use Unix98-style pty names (/dev/pts/*), so support for the legacy BSD-style names is not needed.
