v7a: barebox: stm32mp: enable mmc_extcsd utility
The LXA MC-1 can boot from eMMC as well. The BootROM only supports
booting with fast boot acknowledge though, which is a one time
configuration. Include the mmc_extcsd tool needed to configure this:
