- update:

- update:

gcc 4.9.2 -> 5.4.0
kernel 3.16 -> 4.6
newlib 2.1.0 -> 2.4.0
uclibc 0.9.33.2 -> ng-1.0.14
All toolchains that used older versions of the specified packages have been
removed.
