i2c: i.MX: Add early driver for use in PBL
i2c is used in SPD EEPROMs and thus needed very early before barebox is up. This patch adds a i.MX i2c driver variant for use in PBL. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
