pinctrl: mvebu: add pinctrl drivers for Dove and Kirkwood
This adds pinctrl drivers for Marvell Dove and Kirkwood SoCs based on a common driver stub. This design is based on the corresponding Linux driver and should ease additional drivers for Marvell Armada SoCs.
