Most callers of arm_setup_stack substract a fixed offset of 8, 12 or 16
bytes from the stack top. This is unnecessary as on ARM we have a stack
that decrements before storing values. Substracting this offset probably
goes back to the U-Boot version we forked from. Stop this now.

barebox_arm_reset_vector() is a global function but we never provided a
prototype anywhere. The prototypes differ for the different boards, so
to provide a common prototype we must harmonize them.
void barebox_arm_reset_vector(uint32_t r0, uint32_t r1, uint32_t r2)
Should be suitable for all boards.

Many boards have the same ethernet phy reset function, so share the code
in a common function.
While at it remove the AT91_RSTC offset from the rstc register defines.
AT91_RSTC was the offset between the AT91_SYSTEM_BASE and the reset
controller.

Currently it's hardcoded for each board which defaultenv version is
used. This is unfortunate since some people like the other defaultenv
version better and may want to select it.
This patch removes the board specific environment path
CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_PATH and instead adds it via:
if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_GENERIC))
defaultenv_append_directory(defaultenv_<board>);
This way we can make sure that the defaultenv-1 board specific bits are
only compiled in when defaultenv-1 is actually in use.
The next step is to make the defaultenv version selection a user visible
choice.

This file originates in Linux. Linux has it under include/linux/
directory since commit dccd2304cc90.
Let's move it to the same place as well in barebox.
This commit was generated by the following commands:
find -name '*.[chS]' | xargs sed -i -e 's:<sizes.h>:<linux/sizes.h>:'
git mv include/sizes.h include/linux/

Many boards use a USB vendor id of 0x4321. This doesn't exist and
shouldn't be used. Remove this and also the bogus product id of 0x1234.
The boards will use the barebox default vendor/product id then.

With multiboard support the compiletime generated BOARDINFO string
gets more and more meaningless. This removes it from Kconfig and
replaces it with a variable that can be set at boardlevel.
Also many boards have a standard setting for the hostname in the
environment. This patch also moves the standard to C code by calling
barebox_set_hostname().

Refactor to remove duplicated code without changing functionality.
Put "then" on the same line of "if", because:
- is the most used style in barebox
- is like c code style
- is more compact
Reduce the number of lines from 50 to 40.
Tested on at91sam9260ek.

On some SoCs (for example AM35xx), the ROM bootloader passes useful
information in r0 when jumping to barebox.
To avoid overwriting this in the generic reset code, we introduce
common_reset as a C function and as an assembler macro. This is then
called form the reset entry point (either in common or in board code).
This patch is based on code by Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>.
