* arch/arm/boards: Replace license and copyright boilerplate by SPDX identfiersUwe Kleine-König2020-05-251-15/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This adapts all files that were identifed by licensecheck (https://salsa.debian.org/build-common-team/licensecheck.git) as licensed under the GPL. The advantage is that these specifiers are machine-parseable which helps license conformance, e.g. for packaging barebox in Debian. While touching these files also do some minor comment reformatting to get some uniform layout. * at91sam9x5ek: Add appropriate compatibility guards to all initcallsAndrey Smirnov2018-01-251-0/+3
| | | | | | | | Add appropriate calls to of_machine_is_compatible() to all initcalls to avoid having those executed for wrong boards in multi-board build. Signed-off-by: Andrey Smirnov <andrew.smirnov@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* param: make parameter functions more consistentSascha Hauer2017-04-111-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch creates a consitent set of device parameter functions. With this we have: dev_add_param_<type><access> "type" is one of: int32, uint32, int64, uint64, string, mac, ipv4, enum, bitmask The improvement here is that we now can exactly specify the width of the int type parameters and also correctly distinguish between signed and unsigned variables which means that a variable no longer ends up with INT_MAX when it's assigned -1. "access" can be empty for regular read/write parameter, "_ro" for readonly parameters which get their value from a variable pointer in the background or "_fixed" for parameters which are set to a fixed value (without a pointer in the background). Some more exotic types are not (yet) implemented, like dev_add_param_ip_ro. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>

* OF: Fix fixups to fix Linux DT instead of Barebox DTTrent Piepho2016-01-081-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | OF fixups cm_cogent_fixup() and hb_fixup() are supposed to modify the Linux device tree. And they did originally, but commit e520a8cc463760d21890b35218e4dac817e7c7e7 changed them to use for_each_compatible_node(), which iterates through the Barebox DT. Use new for_each_compatible_node_from() to specify the Linux DT root as the start point. Signed-off-by: Trent Piepho <tpiepho@kymetacorp.com> Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* move file helper functions to separate fileSascha Hauer2014-08-071-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | We have our file helper functions in several places. Move them all to lib/libfile.c. With this we no longer have file helpers in fs/fs.c which contains the core fs functions and no functions in lib/libbb.c which are not from busybox.
