We used to pass a device tree pointer to
imx*_barebox_boot_nand_external(). This no longer works since we compile
barebox with -fPIE.
The problem is that we only have the first 2KiB of the image available
when we start from NAND. The pointer to the device tree is not valid
yet. This hasn't been a problem because the pointer is only used later
when we have the full image in SDRAM. With -fPIE though the actual
pointer is derived indirectly through another pointer, and that pointer
to the pointer is also not valid which causes an invalid pointer to
the device tree later.
This is solved by splitting the NAND boot functions up into two
functions. With imx*_nand_relocate_to_sdram() the board code relocates
the image out of the NFC SRAM into SDRAM. From that point on the device
tree pointer can be accessed and the board can load the image using
imx*_nand_load_image() and can afterwards pass control to barebox
passing whatever device tee pointer it likes.

phytec_phycard_imx27_common_init() doesn't need to be __naked, because
the stack has already been setup. What we want to have though is the
noinline attribute to make sure phytec_phycard_imx27_common_init() is
indeed a separate function which is called with initialized stack.

No need to get the fdt pointer in the entry functions, we can do this
later.

Most callers of arm_setup_stack substract a fixed offset of 8, 12 or 16
bytes from the stack top. This is unnecessary as on ARM we have a stack
that decrements before storing values. Substracting this offset probably
goes back to the U-Boot version we forked from. Stop this now.

So far we have imx_gpio_mode() to configure a pinmux entry for the older
i.MX pinmuxes. For this to work imx_iomuxv1_init() must be called
beforehand to configure the base address. Simplify this by introducing
SoC specific variants of imx_gpio_mode() which also pass the base
address. This makes initialization of the base address unnecessary and
the functions usable for PBL. Consequently also compile the code for
PBL.

Some older pca100 boards were available with 64MB RAM. The chips
require a slightly different sdram controller initialization. Support
this by building bootloader images for both variants.

When we are linked at 0x0 and running at 0x01000000 then
get_runtime_offset() should return 0x01000000 and not 0xff000000. This
makes get_runtime_offset() more consistent and better understandable.
This was tested on a Freescale i.MX53 Quickstart board. Additionally
relocate_to_adr() was tested since that is normally not called.

This file originates in Linux. Linux has it under include/linux/
directory since commit dccd2304cc90.
Let's move it to the same place as well in barebox.

This renames the Freescale and Phytec board directories and defconfig
files to a common naming scheme. The board directories are named
<vendor>-<board> and the defconfig files are named
<vendor>-<board>_defconfig. Also the DataModul realq7 is renamed to its
Marketing Name eDM-QMX6.
