barebox_arm_reset_vector() is a global function but we never provided a
prototype anywhere. The prototypes differ for the different boards, so
to provide a common prototype we must harmonize them.
void barebox_arm_reset_vector(uint32_t r0, uint32_t r1, uint32_t r2)
Should be suitable for all boards.

The base addresses used in at91sam926x_board_init() differ with each
SoC. The board knows which SoC we are running on though, so create and
use SoC specific variants of these functions which pass the appropriate
base addresses to at91sam926x_board_init().

used. This makes mach/io.h empty so remove that aswell.

The aim with this conversion is to drop the dependency
where the mach-at91/ code call code in the boards file.
This dependency must be dropepd to enable multi-image builds.
The selection of lowlevel_init functions are pushed to
the individual boards.
Use AT91SAM926X_BOARD_INIT for the boards that share the
at91sam926x_board_init file, and push this to the
individual boards. To be used in follow-up patches
bootstrap is likewise pushed out to the individual boards.

Currently it's hardcoded for each board which defaultenv version is
used. This is unfortunate since some people like the other defaultenv
version better and may want to select it.
This patch removes the board specific environment path
CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_PATH and instead adds it via:
if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_GENERIC))
defaultenv_append_directory(defaultenv_<board>);
This way we can make sure that the defaultenv-1 board specific bits are
only compiled in when defaultenv-1 is actually in use.
The next step is to make the defaultenv version selection a user visible
choice.

With multiboard support the compiletime generated BOARDINFO string
gets more and more meaningless. This removes it from Kconfig and
replaces it with a variable that can be set at boardlevel.
Also many boards have a standard setting for the hostname in the
environment. This patch also moves the standard to C code by calling
barebox_set_hostname().

This switches the at91sam926x, 9g10 and 9g20 over to barebox_arm_entry.
For these SoCs we currently support reading back the memory size from
the SDRAM controller, so all of these can have a common reset() function.

The new MMU setup will need SDRAM base addresses and sizes.
For this reason convert the MMU enabled ARM boards:
- move mem setup to mem_initcall. This is early but
still makes sure that we already have the console available
- move MMU setup in this initcall temporary as after the mmu_init will generic
