The DCD (Device Configuration Data) is only one part of the data linked into the IVT (Image Vector Table), but the meaning of the option is really the latter, not the former. The advantage is that these specifiers are machine-parseable which helps license conformance, e.g. for packaging barebox in Debian. While touching these files also do some minor comment reformatting to get some uniform layout. This makes get_runtime_offset() more consistent and better understandable. This was tested on a Freescale i.MX53 Quickstart board.
