ROM-Code passes boot source information in r4. First stage does likewise
when invoking second stage. When net booting second stage, r4 has no
definite value. Fix this and pass the original boot source along.
This gives us a valid $bootsource value in net booted barebox, which is
important, so the same environment is loaded.

We hard code memory size at three places:
- In the configuration we use to initialize the DDRAM controller
- In the minimal available size passed from PBL to barebox proper
- In the device tree memory node override
Remove the two latter ones and replace them with code that reads the
size back from controller.

With PBL FAT support implemented, provide an sama5d2_sdhci_start_image
helper that can be called from the PBL to chainload a barebox.bin file
from the first FAT partition.

The L2 cache controller needs some initialization before use. Same goes

With the addition of 15afd9d25 ("ARM: at91: Add initial support for the
EVB-KSZ9477 eval board"), we now have two multi-image capable boards
supported, but users still have to choose a specific SoC, so they can't
be selected at the same time.
Fix this, by restricting the menu to the non-multi-image configurations,
i.e. CONFIG_ARCH_* symbols become specific to non-multi-image.
The multi-image configurations on the other hand directly select the
CONFIG_SOC_* symbol they require. Existing CONFIG_ARCH_* usage is
adjusted to align with the new usage.
Eventually, we would want to have a at91_multi_defconfig along with
this, but for now leave existing configs as is.

The EVB-KSZ9477 is an evaluation board for the KSZ9477 ethernet switch.
This board is equipped with a atsama5d3 SoC with 256MiB of SDRAM, 256MiB
of NAND flash and a SD card slot.
For now only second stage booting is supported with AT91bootstrap as
first stage loader.

This allows at91_rtt_irq_fixup() to be used outside
of the mach-at91/ directory.
Adjust all call sites to include the at91_rtt header.
Deleting one .c file is another nice side effect of this move.

Introduce lowlevel.c file for the boards that contains the reset vector.
Delete the now unused at91sam9g45_lowlevel_init.c file

All at91sam9261 based boards uses board specific
reset vectors so the mach-at91 provided version is
no longer in use.
Delete unused CONFIG symbols too.

After refactoring of how we select lowlevel_init
it was apparent that at91sam9x5_lowlevel_init.c was no
longer used.
Delete the file and the now unused CONFIG symbol and it uses

The aim with this conversion is to drop the dependency
where the mach-at91/ code call code in the boards file.
This dependency must be dropepd to enable multi-image builds.
The selection of lowlevel_init functions are pushed to
the individual boards.
Use AT91SAM926X_BOARD_INIT for the boards that share the
at91sam926x_board_init file, and push this to the
individual boards. To be used in follow-up patches
bootstrap is likewise pushed out to the individual boards.

Convert board code to use clock tree form DT as well as converting UART,
GPIO and PIT devices to be instantiated from it (to make sure codebase
is still bootable).

Move PIT driver code to 'drivers/clocsource' and accomodate it by
adjusting Kconfig variables. Rename the file to 'timer-atmel-pit.c' to
re-align the driver with code in Linux kernel.

This driver is based on mach-at91/gpio.c and linux pinctrl driver.
The driver contains the gpio and pinctrl parts (like in linux) because the two parts
share some structures and logics.

Some of the irq can still be on after a reset or power on as the IP are
powered by the backup power. This could lead to an interrupt dead lock
when the kernel boot. So disable them before booting.

This switches the at91sam926x, 9g10 and 9g20 over to barebox_arm_entry.
For these SoCs we currently support reading back the memory size from
the SDRAM controller, so all of these can have a common reset() function.

factorise the soc type in the Kconfig but keep the ARCH_ so far
as the device code have the same function accross soc which for now does not
allow us to compile soc together

Here are the modification to at91sam9261 files dedicated to the support of
at91sam9g10. This direction has been adopted to minimize code duplication.
All at91sam9261 drivers are enabled in _devices and board files. Modificaton
to peripherals that support at91sam9g10 will be added in future patches.
