asm/hardware.h does not have any content except including mach/hardware.h.
include mach/hardware.h directly where needed and get rid of asm/hardware.h

and then register a device
The code is take from linux
drop AT91_BASE_SYS for dbgu
factorise the soc type in the Kconfig but keep the ARCH_ so far
as the device code have the same function accross soc which for now does not
allow us to compile soc together

this will also fix the clock support as we now switch to allocated generic
device
as we can need to associate the clock and the device but the driver is probe
before the association
we also change the atmel serial name to "atmel_usart" to simplify sharing with
linux

this implementation is based on linux one (v2.6.35-rc5-76-gd0c6f62)
it will calculate all the clock dynamically instead of statictly
this will use also the new clock framework
it will also print the clock status after the console init
