To verify only Kconfig/Makefile is touched:
git show --numstat --format=oneline HEAD | grep -v 'Kconfig\|Makefile'
will print only arch/powerpc/Kbuild.
To verify nothing unexpected is added:
git show -U0 | grep '^-[^-]\|^+[^+]' | sort -u

The board probes from DT, so there is no point in allowing a
configuration without OF support.

So far it was hardcoded for each board if defenv-1 or defenv-2 is used.
Make this a user choice so that a particular board no longer enforces
a defenv type.
