The denali NAND driver is in an hopeless outdated state, it can't even
check the ECC data. Throw in the denali driver from Linux-5.9.

190a1c6e47 ("dts: update to v4.18-rc3") changed the compatible of the
Denali NAND controller. Update the compatible in the barebox driver
accordingly.

dev_request_mem_region doesn't work properly one some SoCs on which
PTR_ERR() values clash with valid return values from dev_request_mem_region.
Replace them with dev_request_mem_resource where possible.

It causes build failures on other arches than socfpga and the driver
doesn't use anything provided by this header.
