| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Kernel coding style is to usually not hide the fact that a type is a struct or enum behind a typedef. Follow that in the EFI code. Besides being more descriptive, this also allows forward declarations, so <efi.h> doesn't have to be included everywhere. No functional change. Over time it became clear that this won't happen, instead barebox struct device_d is basically the same as Linux struct device. Rename the struct name accordingly to make porting Linux code easier.
