For development, it has proven very useful to be able to load the same
barebox binary both as EFI loader and EFI payload and debug the
interaction. For this to work, we need to mark all current EFI payload
initcalls as such to avoid running them when barebox is not running
as EFI payload.

The '_d' suffix was originally introduced in case we want to import
Linux struct device as a separate struct into barebox. Over time it
became clear that this won't happen, instead barebox struct device_d
is basically the same as Linux struct device. Rename the struct name
accordingly to make porting Linux code easier.

Turning an EFI varfs filename into its components will be useful for the
EFI loader as well, so factor that out.

The split between <efi.h> and <efi/efi.h> is confusing: The former
contains universal definitions, while the latter contains barebox
utilities on top. To make the distinction clear, rename <efi/efi.h>
to <efi/efi-payload.h> as it's used for EFI payloads.

There are no FS drivers that do not implement .lseek callback in the
codebase, so there doesn't seem to exist a use-case where lseek()
would return -ENOSYS due to fsdrv->lseek being NULL. At the same time
a large number of FS drivers implement only the most basic "always
succeeds" custom .lseek() hook.
Change the code of lseek() to treat absense of .lseek() to mean that
no special actions needs to be taken by FS driver and seek is always
successful and drop all of the trivial .lseek() implementations.

Instead on relying on driver callbacks to update 'pos' in FILE, do it
as a part of lseek() code. This allows us to drop a bit of repeating
code as well as making lseek() implementation consistent with write()
and read().

Our asprintf and vasprintf have different prototypes than the glibc
functions. This causes trouble when we want to share barebox code
with userspace code. Change the prototypes for (v)asprintf to match
the glibc prototypes. Since the current (v)asprintf are convenient
to use change the existing functions to b(v)asprintf.
