The FSF address has changed in the past. Instead of updating it
each time the address changes, just drop it completely treewide.

Implemented an initial version of USB mass storage device driver,
supporting USB mass storage devices with SCSI interface and BBB
protocol. It implements the ATA interface and registers diskovered
LUNs with the disk driver.
