Instead of generating a suitable image header with linker magic, move
all of this into zynq_mkimage. The configuration file format and parsing
is based on imx-image. This gets us one step further on the road to
proper multi-image support.

timeout_curr is the timeout programmed into the watchdog hardware every
500 milliseconds. If watchdog poller support is disabled, it serves
no purpose, prefix it with poller_ to better communicate this fact.
No functional change.

So far watchdog users could only configure the watchdog with the highest
priority. In preparation for having the wd command configure a watchdog
by name, extend watchdog_set_timeout with a struct watchdog *parameter
and export functions to query default watchdog and to find watchdog by
name.
No functional change.

This commit imports the Linux v5.3 state of the driver. This allows us
to regulate at least the v3v3 voltage rail used by the DK1 and DK2
Ethernet PHY and SD-Card. Eventually, this driver should be used by the
USB host driver to supply the vbus voltage as well.

Linux regulator drivers like the pfuze and the incoming stpmic make use
of of_regulator_match to parse regulator init data from the device tree.
Port the function over from Linux v5.3, so drivers depending on it can
follow.
As we have no use in barebox for power saving and suspend states, these
parts are omitted.

We already determine the boot source variable at core init level, but so
far we didn't populate the instance because the numbering of the block
devices isn't known that early. Introduce a helper to check if a block
device is the boot source and if it is, have the block device driver
populate the missing boot source instance.

Both functions wrap the same memcmp except that one uses pointers to
GUIDs and the other passes the GUIDs by value.
The function is static inline, so it doesn't really matter which one we
keep. We'll drop efi_compare_guid because it's been used once only in the
code base so far.

Change USB port scanning procedure and timeout handling in the
following ways:
1)
The power-on delay in usb_hub_power_on() is now reduced to a value of
max(100ms, "hub->desc.bPwrOn2PwrGood * 2"). The code does not wait
using mdelay, instead usb_hub_power_on() will wait before querying
the device in the scanning loop later. The total connection timeout for
this hub, which is (1 second + hub->desc.bPwrOn2PwrGood * 2) is
calculated and will be used in the following per-port scanning loop as
the timeout to detect active USB devices on this hub.
2)
Don't delay the minimum delay (for power to stabilize) in
usb_hub_power_on(). Instead skip querying these devices in the scanning
loop usb_scan_port() until the delay time is reached.
3)
The ports are now scanned in a quasi parallel way. The current code did
wait for each (unconnected) port to reach its timeout and only then
continue with the next port. This patch now changes this to scan all
ports of all USB hubs quasi simultaneously. For this, all ports are added
to a scanning list in usb_hub_configure_ports(). The list is later scanned
in usb_device_list_scan() until all ports are ready by either a) reaching
the connection timeout (calculated earlier), or by b) detecting a USB
device. This results in a faster USB scan time as the recursive scanning
of USB hubs connected to the hub that's currently being scanned will
start earlier.
4)
Ports with overcurrent detection will get scanned multiple times if OC
condition is detected (PORT_OVERCURRENT_MAX_SCAN_COUNT).
Without patch:
$ time usb
usb: USB: scanning bus for devices...
usb: 17 USB Device(s) found
time: 10344ms
With patch:
$ time usb
usb: USB: scanning bus for devices...
usb: 17 USB Device(s) found
time: 4529ms

So far we relied on the U-Boot mkimage tool to generate us device tree
snippets containing rsa public keys which we then compiled into barebox.
Make this easier and allow to directly specify a filename or PKCS#11 URI
in Kconfig. With this we no longer need the U-Boot mkimage tool here and
no more external steps to prepare device tree snippets.
With this rsa public keys can be directly compiled as C structs into
barebox which is much more direct than putting it into the device tree.

Until now rsa_of_read_key() took a pointer to a key and filled the
struct rsa_public_key members with allocated values. So far we have
never freed these values. Change rsa_of_read_key() to always return
a fully allocated key and provide rsa_key_free() to free it. Let the
FIT image code free the key after usage.

We have many different pointer arrays which we put into linker sections
and each time there's one added we have to adjust all linker scripts.
This adds a common RO_DATA_SECTION define and uses it for all
architectures. This makes it easier to add a new linker array.

For the older section defines we specify the start and end addresses
outside the macro which means we have to repeat them in each linker
script. Make the start/end addresses part of the define to simplify
things. While at it, add a BAREBOX_ prefix to the INITCALLS and EXITCALLS
macros for consistency to the other defines.

We used to store the commands as a linker array. One problem with this
is that on X86_64 for unknown reasons the linker uses a different struct
alignment than the compiler, so when we use the linker to compose the
array and the compiler to iterate over it we have to play tricks with
manually adjusting the alignment. The other problem is that we declare
the commands as const (and also put it in .rodata), but in fact we do
not treat it as const: we put the commands onto a list which modifies
the struct list_head list member of struct command.
With this patch we no longer put the command themselves into an array,
but instead create an array of pointers to the commands. This inherently
solves the second issue as well.

I tested it on phytec imx7 board with remoteproc ELF image previously used on
Linux. Linux would load this image, create appropriate resource (if defined in
image) and boot it. The barebox version is only loading image and boot it.
Currently barebox version do not extract resources defined by rproc ELF image.
On this early stage it is hard to say, if it is needed.
Previously there was an attempt to port bootaux command from u-boot.
Porting of remoteproc framework is my attempt to lead this topic in to the
(IMO) right direction.
To start remoteproc image, firmwareload command should be used:
firmwareload /mnt/tftp/rproc-imx-rproc-fw
Since firmwareload already support multiple targets, it is possible to
specify which exact cortex m4 CPU should be started (if multiple CPU are
present). This example shows the list of available firmware targets:

fpga-region device tree nodes have the firmware-name property that
contains the file name of firmware in the firmware search path (but not
the path) that shall be loaded before the overlay is applied.
Add the of_firmware_load_overlay() function that accepts an overlay and a
firmware search path, finds the responsible firmware_mgr and loads the
firmware.

Device tree overlays (the dto files) may contain multiple fragments for
different target nodes. Each fragment contains a __overlay__ node that
is applied to target node specified in the fragment.
Add a helper to call a function for each fragment in a device tree
overlay to avoid having device tree overlay internal information in
other modules.

The devicetree overlay support is based on the Linux driver for device
tree overlays, but many features that are not required in Barebox are
left out.
Unlike Linux, which applies the overlay to the live devicetree, Barebox
registers a fixup for the overlay which is applied with other fixups to
whatever tree is fixed. This is necessary to apply the overlay to
devicetrees that are passed to Linux, which might differ from the
devicetree that is currently live in Barebox.

The command structure allows adding more subcommands and is designed to
match the Linux program mmc from the mmc-utils. So later more commands
can easily be added if need be.
Compared to mmc-utils'
mmc enh_area set <-y|-n|-c> <start KiB> <length KiB> <device>
the command that is implemented here (
mmc enh_area [-c] <device>
) is easier to use (because you don't have to check the maximal allowed
size by reading some registers and calculate the available size from
them (which then must be calculated back to register values by the mmc
command)) but less flexible as it doesn't allow all the crazy
possibilities specified in the eMMC standard (yet?) but just creates an
enhanced area with maximal size.
In the future something like
mmc enh_area -s 30k <device>
could be used to not use the maximal but an explicit size.

Super I/O chips are ICs common to x86 that are used for interfacing
to low-bandwidth peripherals. They often contain serial ports, watchdog
timers and hardware monitoring units.
They are usually addressable via one of two I/O port pairs, either
0x2e-0x2f or 0x4e-0x4f, but they don't typically respond to reads from
their range unless a device-specific 'password' has been poked in.
After this is done, they are read and written in the same manner however.
On Linux, these devices aren't subject to any device/driver model.
Each driver for some function (e.g. watchdog or GPIO) duplicates the
device probe in the module_init and board-specific configuration
is handled via module parameters.
Lets do it a bit fancier in barebox and add a helper to register chips
and a regmap for the control and configuration registers as well as a
helper to register child devices for each function contained within the
Super I/O chip.
Board-specific configuration, e.g. which pin to use as a watchdog reset,
can then be realized using barebox device-specific parameters.
The regmap will be more of a debugging aid, however.
For ease of porting from Linux, it's expected that access to the
I/O ports won't happen via the regmap. For this reason, the new
<superio.h> header offers functions to read/write these chips' registers
as well.

By default systemd generates a machine id on first boot and tries to
persist it (see `man machine-id`). When the root file system is read-only
systemd cannot persist the machine id. In case multiple redundant slots
are used the machine id will vary. When not handled explicitly the
machine id will also change during system updates.
It is possible to pass a machine id to the kernel which will be used by
systemd (systemd.machine_id=).
If global.bootm.provide_machine_id (or nv.bootm.provide_machine_id) is
true then provide the machine id from global.machine_id as
systemd.machine_id= parameter to the Kernel.
Note that global.machine_id must be set, either by the
machine_id_set_bootarg late init call or by setting it manually with
nv.machine_id if necessary.

This patch adds functionality to pass device-specific information that
will be hashed to generate a persistent unique machine id. It is then
available as global.machine_id. It can be overwritten with
nv.machine_id if necessary. Passing the machine id to the kernel is
done in a separate patch.
Note: if multiple sources provide hashable device-specific information
(via machine_id_set_hashable()) the information provided by the last call
prior to the late initcall set_machine_id() is used to generate the
machine id from. Thus when updating barebox the machine id might change.

This is an adoption of Kernel commit a7c12eaf2 ("usb: gadget: composite:
conditionally dequeue os_desc and setup requests"). Basically we only
want to dequeue ep0 requests when they are actually queued. Drivers like
dwc3 warn when unqueued requests are being tried to unqueued.
