Import from Linux support for printing buffers as a hex string
with a certain separator. For larger buffers consider using
print_hex_dump(). Examples:
%*ph 00 01 02 ... 3f
%*phC 00:01:02: ... :3f
%*phD 00-01-02- ... -3f
%*phN 000102 ... 3f

Incoming EFI loader support will deal a lot with wide strings, so it
makes sense to have printf directly support printing it.

We have many places across the code base that use either do
printf("%s..", errno_str()) or printf("%s..", strerror(errno).
We already have %pe support for printing arbitrary errors and it's not
much work to add %m to print errno as well. Do so.

<asm-generic/div64.h> isn't meant for direct usage as <asm/div64.h> may
override this on a per-architecture basis. We don't do that currently,
but in the future we might. Include the <linux/math64.h> instead.
No functional change.

strerrorp() is only used along with printf. We now have a format
specifier for printing error pointers directly, so use that and
remove strerrorp.

Starting with v5.5, Linux has a format specifier for printing error
pointers. We have had strerror in barebox before that, but lets wire it
into vsprintf with the same format specifier that Linux now uses.
This yields less verbose call sites and makes Linux drivers more portable
to barebox in future. This also has the potential to reduce code size as
the previously "inlined" strerror at callsites can now be replaced by
a single vsprintf.

%pV allows to pass in a struct va_format as a pointer. UBIFS uses this
for its logging functions, but it may be useful in other places aswell.

Our asprintf and vasprintf have different prototypes than the glibc
functions. This causes trouble when we want to share barebox code
with userspace code. Change the prototypes for (v)asprintf to match
the glibc prototypes. Since the current (v)asprintf are convenient
to use change the existing functions to b(v)asprintf.

This adds simple console support to the PBL which makes it
possible to print more complex messages in the PBL than just
strings or hex numbers. For now puts_ll is used to print the
messages, so it depends on CONFIG_DEBUG_LL which makes it
more a debugging option. However, this could be extended later
to get regular output from the PBL if desired.

panic() is not really a printf like function, so move it to common/misc.c.
This is done because we want to have printf support in the PBL, but PBL
has it's own panic() implementation.

With EFI 16byte UUIDs/GUIDs are common. Add support for printing them.
This needs to be selected via Kconfig since most architectures have
no use for this functionality.

At least ARM allows us to dump the stack, but we currently
have no prototype for this. Add a dump_stack prototype and
provide a static inline function for architectures without
stack dump support. Also, call dump_stack() in panic() to
provide more information in the case of a panic.

With this kallsyms finally start working at least on ARM. This
enables us resolving addresses into symbols which is particularly
useful in combination with stack unwinding support. As kallsyms
now compile and work we can remove the depends on BROKEN.
