RDA Micro RDA8810PL Timer

Required properties:
- compatible      :  "rda,8810pl-timer"
- reg             :  Offset and length of the register set for the device.
- interrupts      :  Should contain two interrupts.
- interrupt-names :  Should be "hwtimer", "ostimer".
