This sentence renders as:

> VIDIOC_QUERY_EXT_CTRL and VIDIOC_QUERYMENU the VIDIOC_QUERY_EXT_CTRL

> ioctl was added.
This does not make sense. Fix by providing an explicit link text. This
results in:
