gpu: ipu-v3: Add SMFC code
The Sensor Multi Fifo Controller (SMFC) is used as a buffer between the two CSIs (writing simultaneously) and up to four IDMAC channels. Signed-off-by: Philipp Zabel <p.zabel@pengutronix.de>
