imx_hid_recovery: add toolHEADmaster
This tool allows to send a bootloader to a mxs-target via USB-recovery-mode (entered when primary boot fails). Taken from rockbox.org. Signed-off-by: Wolfram Sang <w.sang@pengutronix.de>
