template-barebox: move installing to IMAGEDIR to targetinstall
'clean root' removes all files in IMAGEDIR and all targetinstall stages. So
installing file to IMAGEDIR must be installed in the targetinstall stage.
Otherwise they will not be recreated after a 'clean root'.
Remove unused _INSTALL_OPT while at it.
