ffmpeg: do not dispatch cpu type depending on SoC types
The dispatcher used arm926ejs for all SoCs except for OMAP and
PXA. Not all PXAs have iwmmxt, so replace this with testing for
the iwmmxt switch. Not all OMAPs have cortex-A8 processors, so
replace this with a fallback to armv5 for now.
