Allow enabling of bash arithmetic
Currently the C-style for loops do not work in bash 3.2.48 while they
have worked in older versions of ptxdist. It seems to be disabled due
to a bug in bash-2.05b. I see no reason why not to enable it for bash version
3.2.48
