qt-everywhere-opensource-4.7.4.tar.gz was silently updated by the Nokia
devs on Sep 12, therefore the md5sum for this package in qt4.make is not
correct anymore. This patch fixes this problem.
The source code is unchanged. It looks like the html documentation was
regenerated.

Most of the time the ALSA sound state file belongs more to the platform than to
the BSP.
Using the macro 'install_alternative' instead of a fixed path enables users to
store the requested file in the platform as well.

- Qt3 is obsolete
- use the default system.d directory used by D-Bus in ptxdist
- D-Bus system socket option is broken and for old D-Bus versions anyways
