The init script defines an OPTIONS variable (which can be overriden by
an additional config file in /etc/default/avahi-daemon) but then ignores
this OPTIONS variable when starting the daemon.

This adds collectd, without any further plugin support so far.
The systemd unit file was derived from the example delivered with the
packet; some default options have been removed, and we don't depend
on networking.

Init script reports "already running" / "not running" based on
existence of PID file. Test in start case is inverted. Fix this.

random number generator daemon - seed kernel random from hwrng
This daemon feeds data from a random number generator to the kernel's
random number entropy pool, after first checking the data to ensure
that it is properly random.
By default, a hardware rng at /dev/hwrng is used as entropy source.
This daemon is part of the rng-tools, which can be found at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gkernel/

systemd-timesyncd will use the timestamp from /var/lib/systemd/clock
to set the clock (e.g. if no RTC is available). This way no files
changed during rc-once have timestamps in the future.

With no upload script "ConditionPathExists=@SCRIPT@" expands to
"ConditionPathExists=". This clears the previous condition and systemd
tries to start /usr/sbin/pure-uploadscript which does not exist.
This removes the runtime logic and only adds the dependency on
pure-uploadscript.service if the upload script is enabled.
