This add serveral upstream patches that where added to the Debian patch
stack.
One of the new patches replaces the local crypto functions with calls to
openssl. This means that openssl is always needed.

Make sure that the openssl headers are found and that no system include
path is used.

Add a Debian patch for this and update the sysroot patch.
'-lcrypt' is always needed and openssl replaces some other stuff.

This updates ppp to version 2.4.7. The former 2.4.5 version had the
Debian package patches applied plus some ptxdist specific patches. The
Debian patches have been updated to the recent 2.4.7 Debian patches, the
ptxdist specific patches have been forward ported from the 2.4.5 ptxdist
package.
