Barebox does not rebuild the environment by default anymore since commit
105201e0013d ("build: fix that defaultenv is always rebuilt").
Therefore, changes in $(BAREBOX_EXTRA_ENV_PATH) do not propagate to the
Barebox image.
Remove the generated environment file to trigger a rebuild of the
environment.

oldconfig/nconfig/menuconfig
ptxdist adds ".ptxdist-defaultenv" if PTXCONF_BAREBOX_EXTRA_ENV is
enabled. If barebox oldconfig/nconfig/menuconfig do not modify the
configuration the barebox config from the BSP is copied without
executing the prepare stage responsible for amending
".ptxdist-defaultenv". The same happens on interrupted *config.
Steps to reproduce:
ptxdist targetinstall barebox
ptxdist menuconfig barebox (without modification)
ptxdist drop barebox.compile
ptxdist targetinstall barebox
Now CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_PATH is missing ".ptxdist-defaultenv"
leading to an unexpected environment.
Fix this by amending ".ptxdist-defaultenv" before compiling in case it
has not been amended before.

Recent debugging tools support separate binaries and debug information
files. Providing a unique 'build-id' embedded in the binary enables the
debugging tools to select the correct and matching debug information
files from the system's root filesystem.
The 'build-id' is a 40 character calculated SHA1 from important sections in
the binary. The debug information files get stored at a central direcory at
"/usr/lib/debug/", with a special path based on the 'build-id'. If the
'build-id' is "123456789abcdef", the path and filename will be
".build-id/12/3456789abcdef.debug".
Its possible to have more than one 'build-id' in the binary. This
implementation prefers the first one in the list, which might be the
wrong one. It's unclear yet how the common debugging tools will behave in
this case.

Using pre-build packages can speed up building a BSP dramatically. But some
packages (like the kernel) are never candidates for a pre-built package,
and so is Barebox as well. Remove it from the list of pre-built packages.

Some barebox images are not placed into barebox image directory, this
will end in a failure of ls with the wildcard expression. Something
like:
ls: cannot access ..foobar.../barebox-2015.02.0/images/barebox-*.img:
No such file or directory
This patch will improve the handling with wildcard if no image is
found by using find.
