Usually we depend on SYSTEMD here, but NetworkManager need systemd at build
time so we depend on INITMETHOD_SYSTEMD instead to avoid circular dependencies.
This also fixes the dependencies to udev for the non-systemd usecase.

If systemd brings up the system these files should be installed by default.

The 'configure' guesses the path to the iptables tool, based on the host
filesystem. This fails if no 'iptables' is installed with:
checking for iptables... no
configure: error: iptables was not installed.
The path setting here corresponds to the iptables rule file.

util-linux-ng provides newer versions of libblkid and libuuid
than the e2fsprogs sources do.
This patch prepares transition by redirecting
selects for libuuid or libblkid to virtual
packages.
