| This patch removes the actual lowpan-tools for the 802.15.4 stack and replace it with the wpan-tools. The lowpan-tools are deprecated now, see http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-wpan/msg01132.html for more information. This patch also adds a migrate functionality to replace LOWPAN_TOOLS with WPAN_TOOLS.
