kvm/x86: Rename Hyper-V long spin wait hypercall
Rename HV_X64_HV_NOTIFY_LONG_SPIN_WAIT by HVCALL_NOTIFY_LONG_SPIN_WAIT, so the name is more consistent with the other hypercalls.
