UBIFS: simplify lprops debugging check
Now we return all errors from 'scan_check_cb()' directly, so we do not need 'struct scan_check_data' any more, and this patch removes it. Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@nokia.com>
