platform-v7a: kernel: avoid ext2 warning on startup
Deactivate support for ext2 + ext3, as our rootfs is ext4. Add a hint to
the kernel command line, in order to avoid this warning:
EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p1): couldn't mount as ext2 due to feature incompatibilities
