platform-v7a: barebox: version bump 2017.06.0 -> 2017.07.0
Update barebox 2017.07.0, which contains an important fix for nv and
globalvars.
In the previous patch stack, state was defect, as upstream has changed
the oftree. This is fixed in the new patch series.
