While OP-TEE on STM32MP15 still implements the old SMC based API
to access the OTP, on STM32MP13, communication with the pseudo TA
is mandatory. Therefore add a driver that probes for OP-TEE and
talks to it to read and write the OTP.

This adds the suitable SPDX-License-Identifier to all files in drivers/
that previously lacked one.
To aid manual inspection, following heuristics can be used:
* No changes outside of comments/whitespace:

* -or-later come in pairs:

Recently, nvmem cell and MTD partition bindings were made to coexist:
Partitions can now be compatible = "nvmem-cells"; which registers a
NVMEM provider and interprets its child nodes as cells. Teach barebox
about this. This allows fetching NVMEM cells from MTD partitions and
hostfiles.

Only upstream user of this binding is the raspberry pi 4 DT, where it's
used to pass along bootloader-provided info to Linux. We have instances
in barebox, where a previous stage bootloader passes along a memory
region with info for barebox to interpret. This could in future be
modelled as nvmem-rmem nodes. The binding is also quite handy for
debugging.

Registering a nvmem device for a regmap involves some boilerplate that
doesn't need to change from driver to driver:
- Reads are made aligned, to support normal use with md
- Writes are passed along as is
- nvmem parameters can be extracted from regmap
Instead of having to replicate this driver by driver, add one helper to
make this adaptation easier.

The bsec on the STM32MP157C provides a 380 byte OTP. Add initial support
for reading and writing the shadow copy of the fuses. Direct fuse
access is not yet supported.

This is a minimal port of a kernel commit 3b51f47be171 ("nvmem: Add
RAVE SP EEPROM driver"). All of the changes were kept to a minimum and
limited to impedance matching between Barebox/Linux driver API.
