Now, that we have TF-A, OP-TEE, barebox and kernel in-place, let's build
an image that combines all of them that can be booted by writing to the
SD-Card of the STM32MP135F-DK.
Notably missing is Ethernet support as that's not mainline yet.

We have two ways of doing multi-image builds with TF-A:
- STM32MP15-specific: Multiple device trees can be supplied and TF-A
is built once and linked with each DT in turn. This was contributed
to TF-A for DistroKit purposes, but ST broke the compatibility for
STM32MP13, which requires to be built separately.
- PTXdist-specific: The PTXdist rule can built multiple platforms in
different build directories. This requires however that the options
used are the same, except for platform. We unfortunately need to
change the option between our two TF-A build though.
Therefore, let's duplicate the upstream TF-A rule for the STM32MP13 and
configure it for use with OP-TEE.

The Wifx L1 is a SAMA5D4-based LoRaWAN gateway. This commit adds first
support for booting DistroKit on it from SD-Card.
Default boot medium is NAND, but a bootable SD-Card always has precedence
over NAND.

Adding new board support always included adding a special blspec package
for this new board. Most of the blspec entries are the same except for
the used devicetree blob. Since the blspec-entry package is able to the
add the barebox 'linux-appendroot true' option as well can move to the
buildin blspec-entry creation. This lowers the burden of adding new
board support since ptxdist will create a blspec entry for devicetree
each listed within the platformconfig.
I added the 'rootwait rw' kernel command line options since most blspec
entries used these options, albeit the 'rw' support should be
reconsidered.

The rule file is toplevel in rules/ so without this "ptxdist lint" reports
for all other platforms:
[...]
Checking kconfig symbols in rule files ...
Undefined symbol PTXCONF_BLSPEC_RPI4 used in 'DistroKit/rules/blspec-rpi4.make'.
[...]
Add some dependencies so it can only be selected on platforms where it
makes sense and disable it on v8a for now.

We now build device trees and have a kernel capable of booting on the
Raspberry Pi 4b, so generate bootloader spec entries as well. We add
an entry for the Raspberry Pi 400 as well. This is untested, but isn't
costly to enable.

We have everything in place now to switch from stm32image to FIP.
This gives us upstream support for factory bootstrap via DFU and
avoids the breakage on v2.8, which will be the first release removing
support of the deprecated stm32image format.

barebox has had the ability to generate an extra image that's bootable
like a kernel for a while now. With small adjustment, we can let the
videocore use this image and pass it the appropriate device tree
depending on the board used. Moving this decision into the VideoCore
allows us to use the same image for both Raspberry Pi 2, Rasperry Pi 3
and Raspberry Pi CM3.

The STM32MP157C-EV1 Evaluation board is the full-feature demonstration
and development platform for STMicroelectronics Arm®-based dual
Cortex®-A7 32 bits and Cortex®-M4 32 bits MPUs in the STM32MP1 Series.
The small siblings DK1 and DK2 are already supported. Add now support
for the EV1 as well, so DistroKit can be used out-of-the-box with
all the official STM32MP1 development kits.

Since v2019.12.0, barebox now has SD/MMC and Ethernet support for the
STM32MP1. Thus there is nothing holding us back from extending
DistroKit's v7a platform to support the SoC. Add a barebox-stm32mp
rule as first step.
The barebox rule add here is only meant as second-stage bootloader
(SSBL). First-stage (FSBL) will be TF-A introduced in a later patch.

As implemented in the previous commit, the barebox version and MD5
can be reduced to one entry in the menu. Also do the same for the
host-lzop dependency, which will be needed for every barebox package
when using the common reference config. Be sure to depend on the new
barebox-common package so the barebox packages are rebuilt when the
version and MD5 variables change.

This package serves multiple purposes:
* Make the barebox version and MD5 for all used barebox variants
configurable with just one menu entry.
* Have a common barebox configuration with a baseline feature set, which
can be used by all barebox-* variants as a reference config with the
config diff functionality introduced in PTXdist 2019.01.0.
The common config is currently based on ARCH_BCM283X, which seems to
generate the smallest config diff for all the existing device-specific
barebox configs (which will be adapted in the next commits).
The new barebox-common package only exists for the ability to call
"ptxdist menuconfig" on it in order to change the common config. It
isn't meant to build or install anything, so the compile, install and
targetinstall stages can be no-ops.
Also make sure that the menu entry for the common configuration is
listed before all other barebox variants by naming the kconfig file
appriopriately. Since the barebox-common config uses LZO image
compression, depend on host-lzop too.
Then configure it to use the version which is currently used for all
other variants in the v7a platform.

Since commit 2532fa8e1faf66f5ee0dc52a5deafaba74a96562
"platform-v7a: barebox: use reworked vexpress patches"
the bootloader gets compressed via 'lzop' tools. Due to the missing
dependency to these build host tools, building this bootloader fails
sporadically, depending on the build order.
This change adds the explicit dependency to these 'lzop' tools to have it
available when used.
