This removes a bunch of old boards that nobody showed interest in
for a long time:
Freescale boards
================
MACH_IMX21ADS
MACH_IMX27ADS
MACH_FREESCALE_MX25_3STACK
MACH_FREESCALE_MX35_3STACK
MACH_FREESCALE_MX53_SMD
Eukrea boards
=============
MACH_EUKREA_CPUIMX25
MACH_EUKREA_CPUIMX27
MACH_EUKREA_CPUIMX35
MACH_EUKREA_CPUIMX51SD
Garz+Fricke boards
==================
MACH_NESO
MACH_GUF_CUPID
Phytec boards
=============
MACH_PCM037
MACH_PCM043
Amazon boards
=============
MACH_KINDLE3
All these boards have not been converted to device tree nor do they
support multi-image generation. As they are becoming a maintenance
burden remove them now.
A board can always be added back once it is ported to support the
recent barebox interfaces.

mach/imxfb.h only contains the platform_data for the framebuffer driver.
This is better suited in include/platform_data/, so move it there.

In absence of a license statement, the default is GPL-2.0-only. Add that
to the DCD files. All of // /* */ # are acceptable comment characters
in the DSL. If there are nearby comments in the file, the same character
is used, otherwise #.

This renames the dcdofs config option in the imx-image tool to ivtofs. dcdofs
is a misnomer. The DCD (Device Configuration Data) is only one part of the data
linked into the IVT (Image Vector Table), but the meaning of the option is
really the latter, not the former.

This adapts all files that were identifed by licensecheck
(https://salsa.debian.org/build-common-team/licensecheck.git) as
licensed under the GPL.
The advantage is that these specifiers are machine-parseable which helps
license conformance, e.g. for packaging barebox in Debian.
While touching these files also do some minor comment reformatting to
get some uniform layout.

We used to pass a device tree pointer to
imx*_barebox_boot_nand_external(). This no longer works since we compile
barebox with -fPIE.
The problem is that we only have the first 2KiB of the image available
when we start from NAND. The pointer to the device tree is not valid
yet. This hasn't been a problem because the pointer is only used later
when we have the full image in SDRAM. With -fPIE though the actual
pointer is derived indirectly through another pointer, and that pointer
to the pointer is also not valid which causes an invalid pointer to
the device tree later.
This is solved by splitting the NAND boot functions up into two
functions. With imx*_nand_relocate_to_sdram() the board code relocates
the image out of the NFC SRAM into SDRAM. From that point on the device
tree pointer can be accessed and the board can load the image using
imx*_nand_load_image() and can afterwards pass control to barebox
passing whatever device tee pointer it likes.

These settings used to be specified per-mode. But the device tree
bindings have these two values attached to the display and not to each
mode. Also for the supported boards it doesn't matter as they all only
have a single mode.
This is preparatory work to add devicetree support for the imxfb driver.

Most callers of arm_setup_stack substract a fixed offset of 8, 12 or 16
bytes from the stack top. This is unnecessary as on ARM we have a stack
that decrements before storing values. Substracting this offset probably
goes back to the U-Boot version we forked from. Stop this now.

barebox_arm_reset_vector() is a global function but we never provided a
prototype anywhere. The prototypes differ for the different boards, so
to provide a common prototype we must harmonize them.
void barebox_arm_reset_vector(uint32_t r0, uint32_t r1, uint32_t r2)

Currently it's hardcoded for each board which defaultenv version is
used. This is unfortunate since some people like the other defaultenv
version better and may want to select it.
This patch removes the board specific environment path
CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_PATH and instead adds it via:
if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_GENERIC))
defaultenv_append_directory(defaultenv_<board>);
This way we can make sure that the defaultenv-1 board specific bits are
only compiled in when defaultenv-1 is actually in use.
The next step is to make the defaultenv version selection a user visible
choice.

Which bootmode is selected has no longer to be chosen by Kconfig. The
boards can decide themselves which bootmode they want to support. This
makes it unnecesary to ask the user which bootmode shall be supported,
so the "Select boot mode" becomes invisible and both support will be
compiled in as needed by the boards. NAND_IMX_BOOT goes away and the
already existing ARCH_IMX_EXTERNAL_BOOT_NAND can now be used for the
boards to depend on external nand boot.

With multiboard support the compiletime generated BOARDINFO string
gets more and more meaningless. This removes it from Kconfig and
replaces it with a variable that can be set at boardlevel.
Also many boards have a standard setting for the hostname in the
environment. This patch also moves the standard to C code by calling
barebox_set_hostname().

On some SoCs (for example AM35xx), the ROM bootloader passes useful
information in r0 when jumping to barebox.
To avoid overwriting this in the generic reset code, we introduce
common_reset as a C function and as an assembler macro. This is then
called form the reset entry point (either in common or in board code).
