* ARM: mach-types: don't generate header at buildtimeAhmad Fatoum2024-01-041-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Now that we have removed 4642 machine types unused by barebox, we are just left with 65 boards. Let's just include the generated header in the source tree and stop generating the header anew at build time. * ARM: omap: Move mach header files to include/mach/omapSascha Hauer2023-03-063-18/+18
| | | | | | | | | | Currently arch specific headers can be included with longer possible as there won't be a single mach anymore. Move all omap specific header files to include/mach/omap/ to prepare for multi-arch support. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* Remove unused struct partitionSascha Hauer2022-11-231-1/+0
| | | | | | | | struct partition from include/partition.h is entirely unused. Remove it. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Link: https://lore.barebox.org/20221117120604.3840211-1-s.hauer@pengutronix.de Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* arch: add SPDX-License-Identifier to all .c filesAhmad Fatoum2022-01-051-0/+2

* ARM: i.MX: add SPDX-License-Identifier for DCDAhmad Fatoum2022-01-051-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | In absence of a license statement, the default is GPL-2.0-only. Add that to the DCD files. All of // /* */ # are acceptable comment characters in the DSL. If there are nearby comments in the file, the same character is used, otherwise #. * arch/arm/boards: Replace license and copyright boilerplate by SPDX identfiersUwe Kleine-König2020-05-253-42/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This adapts all files that were identifed by licensecheck (https://salsa.debian.org/build-common-team/licensecheck.git) as licensed under the GPL. The advantage is that these specifiers are machine-parseable which helps license conformance, e.g. for packaging barebox in Debian. While touching these files also do some minor comment reformatting to get some uniform layout. * treewide: remove references to CREDITSUwe Kleine-König2020-04-272-6/+0
| | | | | | | | The CREDITS file was removed from barebox in 2015 by commit 6570288f2d97 ("Remove the CREDITS file"). Remove references to it from several files. Signed-off-by: Uwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* arm: omap: Fix no previous prototype warningsSascha Hauer2020-04-013-4/+12
| | | | | | | | The board's set_muxconf_regs is declared in the C file using it and defined in another file without a header file providing the prototype. Add a header file to avoid compiler warnings. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* ARM: boards: Harmonize barebox_arm_reset_vector() prototypeSascha Hauer2019-03-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | barebox_arm_reset_vector() is a global function but we never provided a prototype anywhere. The prototypes differ for the different boards, so to provide a common prototype we must harmonize them. void barebox_arm_reset_vector(uint32_t r0, uint32_t r1, uint32_t r2) Should be suitable for all boards. * defaultenv: add defaultenv-1 in boards via defaultenv_append_directory()Sascha Hauer2016-10-103-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Currently it's hardcoded for each board which defaultenv version is used. This is unfortunate since some people like the other defaultenv version better and may want to select it. This patch removes the board specific environment path CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_PATH and instead adds it via: if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT_GENERIC)) defaultenv_append_directory(defaultenv_<board>); This way we can make sure that the defaultenv-1 board specific bits are only compiled in when defaultenv-1 is actually in use. The next step is to make the defaultenv version selection a user visible choice. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>

* sizes.h: move include/sizes.h to include/linux/sizes.hMasahiro Yamada2015-01-082-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | This file originates in Linux. Linux has it under include/linux/ directory since commit dccd2304cc90. Let's move it to the same place as well in barebox. This commit was generated by the following commands: find -name '*.[chS]' | xargs sed -i -e 's:<sizes.h>:<linux/sizes.h>:' git mv include/sizes.h include/linux/ Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.m@jp.panasonic.com> Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* ARM: change signature of barebox_arm_entryLucas Stach2014-05-051-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Mostly to make it clear that boarddata needs to be something we can dereference. As this is a pretty invasive change, use the opportunity to make the signature 64bit safe. Signed-off-by: Lucas Stach <l.stach@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* ARM: rename boards to more consistent namingSascha Hauer2014-02-036-0/+594
This renames the Freescale and Phytec board directories and defconfig files to a common naming scheme. The board directories are named <vendor>-<board> and the defconfig files are named <vendor>-<board>_defconfig. Also the DataModul realq7 is renamed to its Marketing Name eDM-QMX6.
